Rachael is a native of Savannah, Georgia, residing with her husband and three children. Rachael has worked in the legal field since 2011, seeing many different types of practice and identifying the problems inherent in the traditional practice, whether it is in a large setting or a small boutique firm.
Rachael attended the Mississippi College School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2019, focusing on and obtaining a Certificate in Business Law. Rachael won the American Jurisprudence Award in Civil Procedure I, Contracts I, Property, and Wills & Estates. Other scholastic awards Rachael received include the Professor Jeffrey Jackson Scholarship; she was twice-awarded the Frisby-Griffing Marble Scholarship; the Regions Bank Award and was awarded the Mississippi College School of Law Merit Scholarship. Rachael was invited to join the Mississippi School of Law, Law Review as a second-year Staff Editor and was elected to the position of Executive Editor of the 2018-19 Law Review Board of Directors.
As a driven and family focused mother of three, Rachael recognizes the flaws in the traditional practice and believes that legal representation is not a last resort, but a necessity for responsible people looking to safeguard and develop their families' assets and well-being.
